A health issue should never be ignored just because money is tight or you are in between insurance plans. Our Connections Medical Clinic operates weekly specifically to serve our uninsured neighbors.
Our volunteer doctors and nurses are here to provide basic medical care in a safe, clean, and supportive setting. From routine check-ups to diagnosing minor health issues, our clinic is focused entirely on keeping you and your family healthy.
Our clinic is open on Wednesday's from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Thursday Evenings from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and appointments are mandatory. Please call us to schedule your appointment today.
